The City Council has unanimously approved a transformative, community-led plan to redevelop the Kingsbridge Armory — bringing union jobs, local hiring commitments, small business support, 25,000+ square feet of community space, and a second phase of 500 permanently affordable homes.

In January 2025, Mastermind joined local leaders in celebrating the grand opening of Belmont Cove, a new affordable housing development in the Bronx that brings 59 affordable homes and vital community services to the Belmont neighborhood. The project reflects a continued commitment to creating safe, stable housing for families across New York City.

TD Bank celebrated the grand opening of its new Bronx branch with a lively, community-centered event attended by local leaders and officials. Bronx Borough President Vanessa Gibson, Council Member Eric Dinowitz, State Senator Gustavo Rivera, and Lisa Sorin of the Bronx Chamber of Commerce joined TD Bank’s NYC Market President Ralph Bumbaca and Vice President/Store Manager Jose Sarmiento to mark the occasion.
