Mackenzie Bouise

Mackenzie Bouise is a Senior Associate at Constantinople & Vallone Consulting, where she advises clients across the energy and technology sectors, among others, on legislative, policy, and procurement matters. Since joining the firm in 2023, she has worked closely with clients to chart a course through city and state government, shaping legislative and policy strategy, building relationships with key stakeholders, and pushing their priorities forward.

She also oversees the firm's legislative tracking, monitoring legislation and regulatory developments relevant to its clients and communicating updates across the firm, and leads the firm's internship program, managing recruitment, onboarding, training, and mentorship for each cohort of interns.

Mackenzie's interest in politics and advocacy began in Arizona, through local organizing and her involvement with the Arizona Democratic Party. Before joining C&V, she worked at a government and public affairs firm in Boston, where she contributed to lobbying research, grant writing, candidate communications, and voter engagement for local campaigns. She earned her B.A. in Political Science, with a minor in Psychology, from Boston University.
