Lyric Thomas

Lyric Thomas (she/they) is an intern at Constantinople & Vallone Consulting, where she supports clients across the housing, nonprofit, and public sectors through legislative research, strategic planning, and relationship-building. She also assists with internal operations, including legislative tracking and analyzing city and state policies.

Lyric joined the firm in 2025 and is currently pursuing her MPA at Pace University, specializing in Government Administration. She graduated summa cum laude from Pace University with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in pre-law, during which time she developed a passion for helping marginalized communities thrive and set her sights on a career in policy analysis and public service.

Prior to joining C&V, Lyric worked as a Student Advocacy Fellow with the New York City Youth Journalism Coalition, where she led an advocacy team of seven high school students advocating for expanded access to journalism programs in NYC Public Schools. She also supported legislative and budget advocacy efforts as a Policy Intern with Asian American Federation, helping support AAF’s work in securing $30 million for Asian American communities in New York State through the Governor’s AAPI Equity Budget.
