Lauren Pabon

Lauren is a second-year law student at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where she is an Opportunitas Scholarship recipient and actively participates in the Latin American Law Student Association, Women’s Association of Law Students, and Corporate and Commercial Law Society. She earned her B.S. in Real Estate, with a concentration in Development, from New York University. Her work sits at the intersection of law, public policy, and the built environment, with a particular focus on real estate development, land use, environmental law, and housing policy.

Before joining C&V, Lauren developed a broad foundation across the legal, government, and nonprofit sectors. As a legal intern at iDISCOVER Global, she supported complex litigation and regulatory matters involving intellectual property, antitrust, class actions, and international disputes for major law firms, corporations, and government entities. She also gained judicial experience interning for the Honorable Elizabeth Taylor in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Bronx County, and contributed to community engagement and major borough-wide initiatives through the Bronx Borough President’s Office.

Lauren also serves as President of Millennial Energy Project–Project Net Zero, a nonprofit organization advancing renewable energy and sustainable development. In this leadership role, she has directed site assessments, developed grant proposals, and overseen solar infrastructure initiatives supporting net-zero affordable housing. Through her legal training, real estate background, and nonprofit leadership, Lauren is committed to shaping policies that promote equitable development, housing stability, climate resilience, and responsible growth throughout New York City.
