Eric C. Henry

Eric brings more than 15 years of experience in government affairs, regulatory strategy, and external engagement across the telecommunications, energy, and public sectors. 

Most recently, Eric served in senior leadership roles at Ocean Winds North America and Optimum, where he led regulatory, external affairs and public-private partnership strategies for major energy infrastructure and broadband access initiatives. Prior to that, he held key positions within New York City government, serving as General Counsel for the Mayor’s Office of City Legislative Affairs, and the General Counsel & Director of Intergovernmental Affairs for the NYC Department of Veterans Services under Mayor Bill De Blasio.   Eric also helped guide policy priorities and capital/discretionary spending as Legislative/Budget Director for a NYC Councilmember and served as Director of Government Relations for the New York Botanical Garden, where he continues to serve the Garden today as a Trustee.

Eric specializes in helping clients understand and navigate the complexities of government, while finding solutions which benefit public, private and non-profit interests alike.  Eric holds a JD from New York Law School, and attended Binghamton University for undergraduate studies.
